This is a lovely 14K Yellow Gold Edwardian Blue Opal Ring. This ring has gorgeous detailed metal work that go up each side of the band as well as around the mounting. The opal is held in place by 4 set of prongs. The prongs that are on the top and bottom of the Opal is one wide prong and the prongs that come up from the sides has a double prong. A very secure mounting! The opal is 7.5mm in diameter and the colors that it presents with are a very strong beautiful blue, green and some yellow… just a beautiful opal that still has a ton of fire to it!
• Size of the ring is 4.75 – Resizable - please select the ring size that you need up at the top right hand corner of your screen. There you will see pricing with the cost for the sizing added into the cost of the rings.
• Height of the mounting is 5.8mm
• Diameter of the setting is 8mm; measured from the top of one band to the other
• Width of the band is 1.2mm at the base of the band and 3.1mm up at the shoulder of the band
• Gem Information: This ring has a genuine blue opal that is cut in a button style cabochon; it measures 7.5mm and is estimated to be approximately 1.25 of a Carat; Opal still has plenty of fire and life left in it
• Condition is Very Good = Gold has been cleaned and polished; the Opal does have some very minor scuffs on it just from age. The top is smooth and because of the color that is in the Opal, the minor imperfections in the stone are not readily noticeable… it’s a very pretty ring and really in wonderful shape
• Hallmark is “14K”

What are my shipping Charges?
Currently, all Domestic orders will be shipped free of charge. **International folks, unfortunately I do need to charge a shipping fee of $20.00 to help offset my costs... apologies for that!! Any charges over $20.00, I will incur.
Does this shop do Layaway or Payment Plans?
Yes, we do Layaway and Payment Plans. If you are interested in a payment plan for any item in my shop, please reach out to me and I'll work with you to set up a plan that works for you. I'll make every effort to make sure that you are able to get the item that you love!
Can you make me a Reduced Price Offer on an item?
Yes! REASONABLE offers are welcome and seriously considered.
How are RETURNS Handled?
If you chose to return an item, please reach out to me so that I know that the item is being returned and I can be sure to look for it in my future mail. Most items will be refunded fully. The EXCEPTION is if you have a ring resized. Unfortunately, I am forced to minus the cost of the ring sizing from the total amount that it was purchased for. Sizing costs can range from $25 to $50 dollars dependent on the ring size difference and whether the base metal of the ring is silver or gold. The most common cost to me is $35.00 for most rings. The remainder of the amount of the item will be refunded to you just as soon as I receive the item back.
